seeder maintenance.
1.Oil injection before the seeder works to make sure all the parts are adequately lubricated. Meanwhile, supplement and change the lost and damaged parts. Pay more attention to gear and chain, which could not be oil injected in case of wearing out because of soil covered.
2.Adjust the same working length and seeding quantity of all seed-metering wheel. Adjustment unit sliding is forbidden.
3.Make sure the disc opener turn flexibly without any shaking. No friction between the disc and opener.
4.Clean up the mud covered in all parts of planter before and after using it and all entire operation time. Especially, the mud and grease dirt in transmission system.
5.Clean up the fertilizer in fertilizer box after the planting machine stopped in case of the box and fertilizer placement corrosion. To check and make sure the seed-metering and fertilizer placement shaft are flexible.
6.Place the seeder in the dry barn with cover. To cover the fertilizer box tightly when standing outside. Get the opener and planter support down and unnecessary load reduction on the seeder shelf.
