1、When the engine is running, exhaust smoke, water temperature on the high side, and even boiled, such as slow down when the speed increase, causes this kind of failure is the fuel supply too late.
2、When the engine is running, there are obvious knocking sound, accelerated the accelerator ,the speed can increase rapidly, and knocking sound more obvious, the reasons for this failure is oil too early.
3、If the engine with serious smoke in the no load operation, and after removing the air filter the smoke phenomenon will be significantly weakened, can be concluded that the cause of the problem is the air filter blockage, improper air intake。
4、Intake and exhaust pipes for leaks or oil filler have serious blow phenomenon, the exhaust pipe to take blue smoke, unusual sump oil consumption, indicating that the valve mechanism or crank linkage failure. Mainly due to coke and other causes valve closed lax or badly worn piston rings, cylinder seals cause performance degradation caused.
